A corporate leader of any organisation requires an unusual, sometimes extraordinary range of skills. Inevitably not every leader has these; nor does having the skills necessarily always triumph over external forces. Timing is not everything but it is important. With time, those external forces change the skill sets needed, for example when an industry is undergoing major upheaval. Mr. Captain Sumit Yadav a young cadet passed out from Blue Bird Flight Academy, British Columbia, Canada at the age of 18 and received an award of the youngest cadet graduated from the Blue Bird Flight Academy so far.
Capt. Sumit Yadav, believes in building mutual understanding and support for other country policies by engaging directly with the representatives in foreign countries. Communicationwith people through traditional and social media, holding events, and by carrying out educational, cultural, and sports exchange programs is much needed to complete diplomatic mission operations.
As a culturally diverse, democratic country with a large aspirational, extroversive population pursuing socio-economic mobility, India’s image is that of a benign country confident of its growing role in the international community in support of democracy, international cooperation, stability, and commitment to multilateralism as an effective way to meet our common global challenges. As a diplomat Capt. Sumit Yadav represented India abroad plenty of times especially in one-on-one government settings or international meetings.Listing few of his international delegation,
“The foreign service officer projects India’s interests, both at home and abroad on wide variety of issues. These include bilateral political and economic cooperation, trade and investment promotion, cultural interaction, press and media liaison as well as a whole host of multilateral issues” says Capt. Sumit Yadav.
Today, Capt. Sumit Yadav is turning to be 32 years and we take this opportunity to wish him a very joyful birthday and also wishing many more years of his continuous hard work for making our country proud and being the face of the country.
